I agree with other reviewers that the doctors are great, the facilities are clean, and the selection of frames is good. However, we had a very negative experience when my husband, who is not white, was grilled about health coverage and asked to pay up front for services. We had all the paperwork on file, and --when I called in to see what had happened--the office manager could not explain to me why he was asked for additional information.
