Nice people. Fast service they go above and beyond to help me with whatever I need A big thank you to the west lake team keep up the good work
Very rude staff. Absolutely refused to sign my E-Check waiver after I had already been there twice and brought all required materials in. One employee even insisted he had to get into my car and pop my hood to verify my emissions fixes, which is something I was 1, not told, and 2, not required to do last year. The gentleman I spoke with today was even poking fun at the fact he wouldn’t help me. Save some time and go to the location on Industrial parkway.
