Rocco was everything you could hope for in a home inspectors. Extremely detail oriented and educational. As someone whose been through the home inspection process a handful of times, this was by far the best service I have ever received and will hire them for ALL future needs.

Rocco was amazing to work with. He was eager to make sure all our questions were answered, and as first time home buyers we had a lot. Not only did he answer our questions, he clearly explained everything and told what to be on the look out for in the future and what type of maintenance we see should be engaging in. I would recommend them in a second.
As a first time homebuyer, I am a bit nervous about the process and responsibilities that come with ownership, but Rocco put me at ease with the quality of his inspection. He was extremely thorough and was open and honest about what he found. His report was detailed and he clearly explained all issues noted to us at the end of the inspection, including which issues needed to be taken care of immediately and even options and approximate cost for some fixes.
