I visited Ohio CAT on business today. I was willing to eat a steak off the work floor... the work floor was spotless. It was unbelievable to believe that a half dozen behemoth machines in the service area has not created pools of oil. The folks there are extremely friendly, and the service techs are highly skilled. A+ organization.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I purchased a 301.7 from out of state and needed several items. I needed to replace a cat battery that was purchasd in November, a fuse panel/battery cover, and fluids. Let’s start with they ordered the incorrect battery and fuse panel cover, they then ordered the correct piece told us it would be ready for pickup midweek.
