Returned an air compressor for my b model CAT. $1350 core charge. 2.5 weeks later, I had still not received the refund. I called about it, and received the core charge a day later. Maybe they forgot, but if I hadn’t called, would I have ever got my money back? Who knows but I was not impressed by this.
Had what I needed. Seemed the service was a little slow.
