We had a wonderful experience with Nicole, Ed, and cabinet installer Luke. From the design and layout, to the cabinet install and some issues that popped up, they worked with us to make our kitchen exactly what we wanted. I recommend them for your kitchen cabinet project.
Our remodel started at the end of October 2023 and ended in first half of 2024. In part, it involved tearing out and replacing the ceiling, tearing out a wall, replacing with all new cabinets, lighting, plumbing, electrical, etc. Looking back, we do not recommend Ohio Cabinets at all. From the start, there was a major design mistake, followed by a kitchen island sizing issue, multiple quality of work issues that we often received push back when pointing them out. I would not recommend this contractor. First day they didn't use the floor protection that we overpaid for. They did some demo work and left dirt and debris all over the floor that wasn't coming out. They said they didn't know, that floor was staying in. That was just the start to the crappy experience we had. They never cleaned up and I don't think they own a shop vac. We do not recommend Ohio Cabinets at all. Kitchen island sizing issues. Quality of work issues and arguments. New grey cabinets had to be repainted due to scratches and defects. Took months longer than anticipated.
