I purchased a stairlift with a lifetime warranty! They supposedly went out of business . I find out they are now no longer service or sell stairlifts. However, I learned they do walk-in tubs? I paid this company just shy of $13,000 to install a Jacuzzi hydrotherapy shower to replace the bathtub in my home. They told me I did not wait for my home improvement loan to be approved because they could offer me "same as cash" financing, which turned out to be a credit card with a $29 activation fee and an extremely high interest rate. My parents had been looking into Walk-In Bathtubs for awhile. We liked that OBR offered the Jacuzzi brand. Everything went great from the beginning. The Jacuzzi representative that came out to the house was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The office staff was great to work with and the installer was wonderful. When they left it was like they had never even been there. My parents absolutely love their Walk-In tub and I love knowing the fact that they are safe!
