22nd july, 2026, window 3 and everyone else are very slow, don’t know how to use the system and been calling someone just to change the address and took me there for 50 minutes just to tell me that they can’t do it
Actually had a good experience at the BMV for once. Had renewed my license online a month ago but never received it for misc reasons. I had to go there in person and was dreading the usual things like wait times and employee attitudes. I was relieved to see it was not as busy and I only had approximately a 5 minute wait time. The wonderful lady at window 3 was more than happy to assist me and had a great attitude. Extremely polite and efficient. In an out in no time, fast, quick easy ststem
Horrible service, went back back-and-forth multiple times with documents and they were unable to help me (multiple ladies working there sitting around doing nothing, and there were no people waiting in line, Probably because others have gone to this location and had poor service so nobody wants to go back), I went to another BMV location that was packed with people waiting in line and the service was 1000 times better
