No car dealership will treat you as well as Ohio Auto Outlet! They are caring and reasonable.
Very poor at coomuniaction. They seemed uninterested in selling the vehicle. I made an appointment and the place was locked and no one showed up. I waited there 30mins-1hour and still no one there. I tried contacting them and they wouldn't reply to any calls or text messages. Very unprofessional service received from them. I would have really appreciated if someone atleast got back to me, but no one responded even after setting up an appointment, and I had a full packed day when I was out there to see the car, using an uber.
Bought my truck from this place on the recommendation of a long time customer and I couldn't be happier. Had the truck for a year now and not one problem. Highly recommended! Thank You!
