love it you sign a waiver because it is a school! the students are learning. ive gotten my hair done there a few times and its turned out amazing everytime! if your that worried about it pay the extra $5 for a phase 2 student!
they ruined my hair I thought I was going to get a senior student that knew what they were doing, but I got orange and red spots all over my head...he put an ash toner on my hair, when I asked for blonde and platinum hightlights...I sat there from 10am to 3pm with foil on my head, not so much as a bottle of water offered to me as they ran off to eat lunch...I could do a better job by myself with a box of Clairol and under the influence.
