Tried to stay here as a staycation with my family for New Year Eve. Room was very dirty and rundown. Dont bring your young kids here. Threatened with a $400+ smoking fee yet there are staff smoking right below the room filling the room with smoke. Called front desk to get assistance, said they would send someone, 30 minutes passed nothing was done. The website pictures do not reflect the rundown, filthy condition of this establishment. I spent less than a minute in the room and went to the front desk and asked for my money back which they refused. The room was on the 1st floor which had a cement slab for a patio and decaying/falling down bamboo fence as a barrier from the street. The box springs of the beds were old and the fabric was shredded, the shower of the bathroom was more like a tiled cave with a disgustingly dirty shower curtain. This hotel was dirty and has c*** roaches. They charged us for ************* for 7 nights and we only parked in the lot twice. Some of the staff was nice.
*** BUGS! My body is burning and itching from bumps that look like online photos of bed bugs. I AM IN SERIOUS DISCOMFORT, my skin is burning! BEWARE!!! There are fresh blood stains on my bed! Plus its filthy! Dusty surfaces and stained curtains I can deal with but the *** BUGS are not acceptable. That's not all. The lanai balcony is dangerously slanted downward and obviously reinforced. They have bed bug . First night I saw a big on the bed asked housekeeper to tell clean and change the mattress . 5 nights stays I have been bit by bed bugs . Went to urgent care when I got back to my town , and doctors confirmed it is bed bugs . Called the Expedia which I purchased my reservation and they called the hotel to let them know and reimbursement , but hotel denied. Coming up from underground parking is a nightmare. Good Way to scrap your car! Don't stay at this hotel. They get a grade of: F. Fail.
