I waited 1 hour to be seen it's was boring and they said they will come back they never did
If I could give them 0 and plenty of them I would. I would never recommend anyone to come to OHI. They never return your calls or messages like what’s the point of the portal if you guys aren’t responding. I work in a medical office and when a patient calls they get an answer back same day or the next day. My husband is without BP medication and I had to show up to the office and talk to them and figure out what’s the problem here and of course receptionist says I’m not sure I’m new here. Impossible to make an appointment. The automated answering service automatically hangs up after about 30 seconds (despite multiple tries) and the website always errors out before it loads.
