Terrible service and never answer the phone. I am surprised they haven’t been closed down for malpractice yet.

I have Been trying to get a refill on my blood pressure medication for 2 weeks. I called and they said they approved a refill, my pharmacy states they denied the refill? Thank God I’ve Been going to this pharmacy for years and they gave me a few pills after not having any medication for the last 5 days. I don’t understand what the problem is. When i call I have to wait on hold for a half hour plus to get a hold of someone. This is not a way to treat your patients. You are truly making my blood pressure go up! 😡

RecommendedI use the nurse practitioner, With a very long name… She was lovely, she asked a lot of questions and really seemed worried about my condition. They even have a pharmacy on board about to open. I have been using the Lakewood office for years, this is closer to me and it is a nice clean brand new facility! I highly recommend it...Plus there was no problem with my insurance!
Doctors and nurses are wonderful but the call center, desk and social worker(s) are horrible! It takes me about 45 minutes to an hour to get in touch with them. I always had to go in person for a small problem. The hospital couldn't even get in touch with them to let them know I had my baby. They had no idea why I missed my 39 week appointment because they failed to answer the phone for the hospital. The lack of communication is unbelievable.
