RecommendedEveryone from the front staff, my nurse, FNP, NP Julie and RD Diane all provided me with with off-the-chart professionalism, expertise and most importantly of all - genuine and personal concern for my best plan of care and treatment.
Does anyone ever answer the phone? The doc I saw a WEEK AGO suddenly prescribes me a med. I only know because the pharmacy called me. Waited TWICE on hold for 15 minutes and no one answered the phone!!!! If you don't answer the phones during lunch, SAY SO.
Terrible service and never answer the phone. I am surprised they haven’t been closed down for malpractice yet.

Doctors and nurses are wonderful but the call center, desk and social worker(s) are horrible! It takes me about 45 minutes to an hour to get in touch with them. I always had to go in person for a small problem. The hospital couldn't even get in touch with them to let them know I had my baby. They had no idea why I missed my 39 week appointment because they failed to answer the phone for the hospital. The lack of communication is unbelievable.
