Staff is disguistingly rude. I went there to get my nails done, but the staff was not ready to discuss what kind of nails I want. They kept on saying that we can start the nails although I was not sure what kind of nails extension I want and not even let me decide the color. I have never experienced such worst behaviour from staff anywhere else. Not recommended at all.
Scammers! Charged me $40 just to remove bio gel hands and feet. I called before going to confirm they can do both hands and feet they said yes. When I went, lady by the name of Mandy took over as lady by the name of Ann was doing a shitty job and was rushing to leave. Then Mandy first refused to do my feet. When I told her I confirmed on the phone before coming, she ended up doing my feet but in the end charged me $40 for just removal.
Mindy is incredible! she never fails to impress me and does an outstanding job every time i'm here! Nails are a 10/10 every time and her customer service is unmatched! I definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a dedicated nail tech ☺️
The pedicure here was a terrible experience. Not deserving of even one star. The manicurist used a power tool (like a dremel rotary sander) to remove the cuticle around my toes. Both big toes were injured - painful and inflamed for days. Not welcoming, but rather disinterested staff, despite there being only two customers for two staff.
