I gave them 5 stars two years ago when I hired them however after the first year the cost went up $5 dollars. This year they increased the cost by $15 dollars. I contacted them and spoke with one of the owners who I believe was Jay Lodi and he was very unprofessional on the phone and said that was the cost moving forward. Increasing cost without providing customer notification is a bad way of doing business. Their cost increased 30% in just two years for the same coverage area.
