I moved in August 15 2022. At first it didn't seam that it was going as well as I expected the first year it seemed that any of the concerns of residents were being heard by management. The management seemed to ignore or just not do anything about issues in building. Then we got a new manager. In 2023. Sense then things are being addressed in a timely manner. When I first moved in February 1st 2023.I had a really hard time. Things were not the best . For myself or my dog.Management gave me a very hard time.They seemed very hard to talk to. Since new management has come in things have started really looking up for me.They have been very supportive of me and my dog. The front desk manager has been very supportive for issues and needs. Everything went smoothly. The apartment is very cozy. I was surprised at the amount of storage space and look forward to furnishing my place. Privacy, quiet (the traffic on 85 is just the right amount of noise to quell my tinnitus) and security gave me my first night's sleep in a long time. I am glad I chose to live here. The manager made all the proper paperwork easy on signing the lease day and made me feel welcome. The other residents are great and pleasant neighbors.
