Joining O'Hare Crossfit was a great decision. If highly recommend this to anyone looking to improve their overall fitness. It isn't easy and it isn't for the half hearted. I love this place, the people, and how I feel now that I have been doing it for over a year. You won't regret it and if you do, you probably shouldn't have joined in the first place.
