I had a very positive experience with Marcy Howell the legal secretary from this firm. She assisted with our eviction and was an absolute sweet heart! Raven Jones assisted with my surplus recovery and gave me weekly updates as promised. Overall I was very pleased with Ohara & Greco. Solid team!
As a mobile notary, we often receive jobs from Attorney offices out of state to handle signing acknowledgements. I was hired by O'Hara & Greco to contact, meet and acknowledge signatures with their client in Clarksville, TN. Appointment was made, documents signed and returned and O'Hara and Greco will not pay the invoice. It is very disappointing that an Attorney's office conducts business this way. They obviously care about their clients and providing a great service. In my line of work many of our clients struggle to pay us timely, however, O'Hara & Greco has continued to pay all of their invoices on time and without reminder. We love clients like this and look forward to our continued work with them.

I was contracted as a mobile notary by this firm to complete a signing with their out of state client. I completed the signing successfully and provided them an invoice for my service on April 13, 2022. I have sent numerous emails and left voicemails to no avail. I escalated the matter to one of the partner’s personal assistant, and she responded by assuring me that the invoice would be paid immediately. However, after another month, the invoice has yet to be paid and communication has ceased.
