wonderful real estate management company – O'Hanks Management has managed our properties in Richmond for over 20 years and we have never had a problem contacting them. Over the years, O'Hanks Management has found excellent tenants for our income properties, some who have lived in their units for over 10 years. Their monthly statements are easy to understand and the vendors they use, are competent.
O'HANKS IS A Terrible Property Management Company! – This company is RUDE to renters. The owner of the company has a rude daughter who treats the renters terribly. I have placed service calls that have gone unanswered. It is difficult to reach anyone during business hours. They do not return phone calls when they are supposed to. Please do not use this leasing company if you want your property leased to anyone. They are the worst in town, trust me. THE WORST!
