Great fun for toddlers and young kids. We came on a Monday afternoon and it was very nice and not a problem for our 18month old. We had the whole place to ourselves some of the time. Obviously some kids are older and more energetic and rowdy. It’s up to every parent or grandparent to keep an eye on their own kid and monitor their safety. You have to bring or buy socks; and the kids need rubber/gummy backed socks so they don’t slip. We were able to buy socks for two dollars.

I and my daughter love this kids party location! Super clean and nice/helpful staff. From the moment we arrived at our daughter birthday party we were welcomed and greeted nicely. The owner helped us take things in, set up and clean. The kids definitely enjoyed themselves at the private party. From the beginning we were giving instructions to follow which we agreed. This place is an absolute madhouse we left after 23 minutes. The person at the front desk will tell every single parent if they need to keep their child out of the baby area and the parents never follow through. Once you’re on the other side of the gate the rules are not reinforced. There is no staff member directing or supervising in the actual play area. You have bigger kids trampling the toddlers, pushing, shoving while parents sit on their phones and the owner ignores. They are supposed to have a sick policy but they bac... read more

Toddler had an absolute blast. It was clean and had plenty for her to do. I wish the parents paid more attention to their kids because there were several instances of older kids literally shoving younger ones out of the way. Definitely a couple taller than 48" limit who shouldn't have even been allowed in. Also saw at least one kid who was clearly sick (visibly snotty and coughing) despite their website saying they won't admit. Our family loves this Ohana WonderTown! The staff is always welcoming and kind! We drive an hour to this location, we cant wait for the other location to open! As a mom of 6 (with 4 under the age of 4) this is my favorite place to bring my toddlers when I’m solo parenting, I feel more at ease that it’s enclosed and i can see them at all times.
