I have used Ohana Termite & Pest Control for over 16 years. They are small and mighty little pest control company out of Kissimmee, Florida. I wanted to hire a pest control company that cares about me and my home. The first thing I noticed about Ohana is the clean and professional trucks they drive. As I write this I am trying to hold back my tears.Ohana Pest ruined a big part of my life. I live in an old apartment where they needed to pest control for roaches. A month ago Ohana came into my apartment to do the inspection to see if it was needed and it was. I asked the gentleman that was doing the inspection how that would affect my many fish tanks with thousands of dollars worth of fish. He said that the chemical they use and that because they would only do it in the kitchen that all I needed to do was put a lid on it.... read more

Do not use this pest control company they have no regard to your children or Pets. They we're told to not enter an apt because they don't know time management or how to show up for an appointment on time. When told to not spray an apt due to child's ashma the company agreed to come back next morning. At 11 am. Well they sprayed anyways at 4 pm with no regard to this customers health. For clarification, Ohana's contract in the apartment business is with the management company; not with the residents of the apartment complex. We take pictures to document preparation deficiencies and issues that prevent us from doing our job. The pictures are turned-in to the apartment manager to be used by the resident as reference aside from the initial treatment prep sheet that Ohana provides. Have been "served" by them 4 times now. Two times they failed to kill any cockroaches, eventually used a bunch of Raid. The other two times it was for bed bugs. The first time they came in they lied saying they couldn't find anything and stating my bedroom door was locked (it was left wide open). The apartment complex let them into the room since I was at work. They were told they were hiding under the box spring, and there were literally 100s of them. A blind man could have found them. After asking to have them come out for a third time for a massive cockroach treatment I was told that they took pictures of my property and my belongings when I left my apartment for deep cleaning. Never gave anyone permission to take pictures of my property to try and show it was my fault for cockroaches. I can not tell you how violated I feel to know that someone I am suppose to trust for treatment would walk thru my apartment and take pictures of my belongings to try and use as blackmail to show negligence on my part.
