It has been over two months my lawyer has been waiting for my medical records from this place! The staff is friendly I can at least give them that, but very unprofessional with giving people what they ask for. I definitely would NOT recommend anyone to go here if it’s dealing with u getting treatment for a lawsuit. You will be waiting forever for your records!
Overall nice from the front desk to the back office I would recommend to all the people know. I referred a friend of my yesterday. She should be calling in the next few days

Ohana really does treat their patients like family. They got me in right away when I got hurt. They are thorough and the whole staff is friendly! Highly recommend.
Great customer service from the front desk receptionist to the PA who checked me out for my Carpal Tunnel. We didn’t get very far during my visit because they need records from a previous surgery. But, I feel very confident that Ohana Spine & Ortho Care will be able to address my needs and provide excellent care.
