I’ve been going to Ohana Spine on and off for over 2 years. He’s very friendly and attentive to my problem areas that I identify. Anytime I need to cancel my membership, it’s easy and they never have an issue with it. The pricing can’t be beat. And my daughter loves to come with because they have a bowl of “the good stuff”, good candies , not cheap ones. Haha.
Thought I was just paying for a few visits, turns out they had me sign up for monthly, my fault for not reading it, but I never asked for that and they never told me I would be billed monthly. Asked for a refund since there was a misunderstanding & I hadn't been there in over 8 months. They said no and were perfectly fine keeping my money even though they did literally nothing to earn it.
The first time I visited them the chiropractor was nice but I took my daughter there with me. And he made us both a little uncomfortable with how for he was willing to go up my daughter's (12 year old) leg showing us "where the veins are". but despite this I bought a "membership" to come back 4 times within the next month at the end of the visit.
