I had an excellent experience with Rudy. He came out on short notice to take a look at a leak we were having, promptly provided an estimate, and was able to start the job quickly thereafter. The repair ended up being a bigger issue than initially expected, and his crew worked hard over 3 separate days on a holiday weekend to get it done right. (And, Rudy kept the overage costs more than reasonable.) All around great experience and for sure a company we'll use whenever we have to do a full-on roof replacement.
Ohana, meaning family, is exactly how I was treated with my re-roof in 2023. I purchased my home back in 2018 and had a Charley roof. In 2022, I noticed some water intrusion and Ohana Roofing came highly recommended, so I requested a consultation. We called Ohana Roofing and Restoration after we noticed some damage on roof. Ohana came out immediately and assessed the situation. They assisted and lead effort to work with my insurance company and inspector. Ultimately my roof claim was approved by my insurance. Ohana was very responsive and organized throughout the process. Terrible customer service they don’t like to answer their phones or pay invoices. I have been trying to get in contact with them for over 4 months now. When I do get someone on the phone they tell me the office is located in Honolulu Hawaii
