We called Ohana Roofing and Restoration after we noticed some damage on roof. Ohana came out immediately and assessed the situation. They assisted and lead effort to work with my insurance company and inspector. Ultimately my roof claim was approved by my insurance. Ohana was very responsive and organized throughout the process. We were always kept current on schedule. After roof was complete to our surprise they sent over a power washer to clean driveway and house. Terrible customer service they don’t like to answer their phones or pay invoices. I have been trying to get in contact with them for over 4 months now. When I do get someone on the phone they tell me the office is located in Honolulu Hawaii
I just had my roof repaired by Ohana Roofing. Not being local to the area, I needed someone I can trust to come perform work on my roof. After calling several roofers, Ohana came out, explained to me the work that needed to be done and gave me a reasonable quote for the work being performed. Once completed, I was sent some before and after pictures of the work so I could see what was repaired and how it turned out. I will definitely use Ohana again for my future roofing needs.
