Spent $800 on a custom hot tub cover and 6 months later I still do not have it. I have called monthly and they say it’ll be here in two weeks and weeks go by and still no response. Terrible communication and customer service.

I have extended a great deal of grace to Ohana over the past decade but this last year or two has seriously and irreparably damaged my trust in them. I no longer have faith that as a business they care about their customers. It started several years ago when I needed sand for my filter. Fortunately, I had the documentation that I ordered sand, and not the expensive glass medium, that Matt told his pool technicians to put in my filter. I opened the pool this year (2026)with the blackest water I have ever seen in a pool. Took a sample into Mark. I bought what I needed and went home and did what he told me I needed to do. On the 4th of July my family was swimming in a clean pool! He knows his stuff, he is always very pleasant to chat with and he makes me feel welcome in his store!
