I have extended a great deal of grace to Ohana over the past decade but this last year or two has seriously and irreparably damaged my trust in them. I no longer have faith that as a business they care about their customers. It started several years ago when I needed sand for my filter. Fortunately, I had the documentation that I ordered sand, and not the expensive glass medium, that Matt told his pool technicians to put in my filter. Staff is super knowledgeable and very friendly.
I opened the pool this year (2026)with the blackest water I have ever seen in a pool. Took a sample into Mark. I bought what I needed and went home and did what he told me I needed to do. On the 4th of July my family was swimming in a clean pool! He knows his stuff, he is always very pleasant to chat with and he makes me feel welcome in his store!
Educated us about our upcoming pool. My parents and I are now prepared!
