Worst customer service, is this really a business? A chain in some third world country? Receptionist was loud and rude.
I hear quite a few good things. Being open on a Monday apparently isn’t one of them
Bought baquacil product was bad took back said I’ll sell you another bottle 1/2 price I’m done with them I’ll get my pool supplies somewhere else !
Awful experience, unfortunately. I'm out a liner, and my pool heater is a complete pile of scrap, and they wouldn't work with us. Avoided our phone calls all summer long. The whole office. Dave, the owner, his daughter Megan, and Matt. Finally, get ahold of Dave after dealing with Matt and Megan awful experience to say we could repurchase a Heater through them.
