I've had a few good experiences with maintenance, each was with the woman tech they have, she needs a raise. Any time someone else walked in with no tools, unable to fix an issue, she would come in and save the day. The rest of them, I dont think they communicate. I know they don't communicate with the tenants but I'm talking about with each other. I would need to write a novel to explain our most recent/current request that has been ongoing for over 3 weeks.
