The folks running the front office are empathetic and the maintenance staff, except pest control, are timely with service requests. But moving out for a PCS? Service members be warned, if you have circumstances that preclude you from notifying them short of 28 days, they’re the judge of that. The community will not hesitate to both notify you late of any issues and create additional hurdles for you while taking your full BAH upon moving out.
Didn't really have any issues while living here, but a full NINETEEN MONTHS after moving out we were sent an astronomical bill and told it needed to be paid "immediately." Not a single time in over a year and a half were we contacted or notified of an outstanding balance. NOT ONCE. 19 months AFTER MOVE OUT is insane! Living in this housing area has been extremely frustrating. Specially around Radford Terrace and neighboring area. Car thefts and break-ins happen way too often, and it doesn’t feel safe leaving your vehicle outside. Regardless whether you have nothing valuable inside your car. Anyone can just walk or drive around this neighborhood. Security clearly isn’t a priority here. Parking is a constant struggle.
