I wanted to love this place as much as everyone else. The woman that gave me my pedi did an excellent job. However, the woman who did my nails rushed, didn't use cuticle cream, my nail corners were not filed smoothy and did a very poor job of applying the gel, it was uneven, had some bubbles, and was on my cuticles. I loved my experience and will definitely be coming back. Loved my French gel nails and toenails, and I can be pretty picky. The customer service was great and the new owner, Annie was so sweet. I decided to splurge on my pedicure with the full service, which I would recommend for a treat-yourself day or girls date. They did a scrub, and then applied orange slices which surprisingly felt really nice, a collagen wrap, and even a massage with this candle wax that's apparently made for massages so it doesn't burn you, oh and ho... read more
“I recently visited Ohana Nail in Long Beach and had an exceptional experience! Tiffany, my technician, was incredibly friendly, skilled, and professional. The salon was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. Annie, the new owner, was extremely welcoming and made me feel right at home. When you’re here, you truly feel like part of the Ohana family. I highly recommend Ohana Nail to anyone seeking top-quality service, attention to detail, and a genuinely inviting environment
Went in for a French mani pedi… the one that did my pedicure didn’t know what a French pedicure is.! Left my toe nails half done and looking like crap! I let know I will not pay for this it looks awful! The mani was excellent and done by someone else there. Terrible customer service, needless to say I will not be going back there.
