We hired Ohana Inspections, based on the reviews we saw online, to perform a pre-listing inspection of our home. It was a full house inspection including termite inspection. It took them close to 2 hours to do the inspection and they found no termites (I received a clear report) and found 3 items on the general inspection that needed attention and which we fixed prior to putting our house on the market. I really recommend these guys, I called with an issue I needed help with and they quickly were able to resolve the issue. The inspector was so professional and didn't give up until it got done! Definitely using them for all my future inspections!
Carlos and his team did the inspection and had the report for the insurance within 48 hours. The report is extremely detailed and professional. Anybody who needs services such as mold assessment or home inspections, Ohana (which means family) is 100% reliable.
