Terrible service and extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone！！！ One of the front desk ladies is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment and arrived well before several walk-in customers, yet they were served before me. I ended up waiting 40 minutes despite having a scheduled appointment. It was a complete waste of my time. What is the point of making an appointment if walk-ins are given priority? Very frustrating and unacceptable service.
I recently had an eye appointment with Dr. Kelly Lee at Costco Monterey Park for new contact lens fitting. The Costco is bit of a zoo, so it's best to book an appointment in advance - however, I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently Dr. Kelly was in meeting with patients who had scheduled an appointment as well as walk-ins. Love coming here! I definitely recommend this optometrist office. Everyone is so helpful and kind.
We came to ask a few questions about appointments, and the woman at the front desk was cold and rude. She also lied about the days an interpreter would be available. We came back on the day she recommended and a different woman responded with the same unwelcome attitude and gave us different days an interpreter would be available and that there was no one available for the day we showed up.
