WORST ever, extremely bad prescriptions that I can’t even focus on big street signs, the manager so rude! Yelling and screaming on the phone to disappointed customers, unbelievable horrifying experience
Ohana Eyecare is the best!! It’s conveniently located at the Monterey Park Costco, the team was very kind and helpful. Dr Lee is very professional, personable, and has an ease to the way she approaches her care. Both my kids had some eye irritation and Dr Lee easily diagnosed my kids and they felt really comfortable with her care! Definitely will be coming back again!

I went in to get an eyeglass prescription only. I went over how I don't need contact lens prescription with the front desk. She was understanding and all that at first and gave me a quote for the eyeglass only prescription copay. Then after the initial exam, the dr came out and did more testing and for some reason, due to some sort of communications breakdown, the front desk did not inform the dr that I was only there for eyeglass prescription only. Ohana Eyecare provides exceptional and professional service. I woke up with an irritated eye. I walked in to Ohana and was luckily seen after the scheduled appointments by Dr. Lee. She was so professional and kind. She recommended I try some eye drops to clear the redness and guided me to where I can get the best value for my money. A few days later, some cold symptoms appeared and I realized I actually had an eye infection. Dr. Lee treated me again by writing me a script to get antibiotics for the infection.
