Repaired the roof over my lanai in summer 2018, fine. Spring 2024, it has a small leak. After 3 calls over 4 weeks to ask for someone to come look at it, I get no response. Each time the answering service says they'll make note of the lack of response. After a month and 3 CALLS I GET NOTHING. Their business LACK OF FOLLOW UP IS CRAPPY!!!
Ohana construction replaced my roof for me in 2017. They did a good job, the roof hhas stood the test of time for 7 years. During the work, they had to coordinate with the solar panel contractor and the insurance company. They did all that in a way that I did not have to worry about anything.
In 2017, I had my whole house reroofed by Ohana Construction. They were fast, efficient and took great care in cleaning up after they had completed the job. The materials they used were of the highest quality. Now in 2023 with all the high winds and rain we’ve been experiencing here in Hawaii, my roof from Ohana looks as good as the day it was installed.
