Such a lovely and helpful group of people at Keller Williams! Josh was very patient with us, explained things in a way we understood and went out of his way for us time and time again. A lot of people say house buying can be stressful, and so many other negative things. Either I got extremely lucky or it was just the fact that I had a great team working for me and my family, it is the latter of the two. Josh was excellent to work with and went the extra mile. Honestly it was a really great experience!
Anne Marie was a delight to work with. From our first meeting she had 4 excellent listings for us to look at 24 hours later, one of which we ended up buying. She was always very on top of all the details and had great relationships with sellers agents, mortgage brokers, lawyers, inspectors, contractors etc. She made it all seamless for us as first time home buyers working on a tight timeline.
