We had a great experience with Josh Lizotte. We were doing the search from out of state, so we had to rely on Josh to screen houses for us. Once we found the perfect house, he was incredibly helpful with recommending contractors and arranging their visits to provide us quotes as we inspected the property. Josh really went above and beyond for us

We placed our waterfront home on the market April 1st, thinking."This will sell quickly." It was priced reasonably, based on comps. The market was strange, as we had imagined buyers wanting to be on the water for the summer months....We lowered our price 2x. We finally closed on Sept. 1st, for $10K more than our asking, but the buyers had an extensive "punch list."
