I booked a haircut with Johanna a few weeks ago. I had not had a haircut in over a year after another salon cut it shorter than I wanted. Johanna was so kind about the situation and didn't make me feel bad despite my very dead ends. I was really nervous because I knew how unhealthy my hair had gotten. She listened very carefully and gave feedback on how to get my hair healthy again without loosing too much length. I had called this salon for quotes for a haircut and potential color. However, I was not informed that if additional color was needed that I would be charged extra. My additional coloring ended up costing $200 extra and I was told at the end of my appointment not prior to the start of hair coloring. I called the salon the day after and was told the hair stylist forgot to mention how much additional coloring would cost. I got my haircut here multiple times with two different stylists and it was always great. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Fairly priced too considering they don’t take tips.
