If I could give them zero stars I would! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I walked in around 5:15 or so. No one greeted me but every other customer that arrived after me was greeted. Never was asked what service I needed or anything. Waited nearly 2 hours and I still have not been serviced! Mind you I’m just here for a pedicure. Highly do NOT recommend and I will not be back. I love it here. Nails feet and brows always on point. Clean environment. Good staff.
Tony is horrible and ruined my experience. He charged me $50 for a fresh set short, almond no design. I went back for a fill but wanted French tip and he said $50 again. $35 for the fill and $15 for the French tip. How does a new set and fill cost the same? He then lied and said he doesn’t do cuticles but turned around and told me $10 extra for cuticle cutting.
