very rude over the phone i don't recommend and they serve cold food. the food never taste the same.

Duuuude....we ordered last night really late. We were told the food would be delivered in an hour and a half, which was totally cool, it was a Saturday, we get it. Not only did we get our food in 30 minutes but it was so fresh and hot!!! The breaded mushrooms were literally the best I’ve ever had, they actually taste like mushrooms, not just deep fried breading. BUT THEM BONELESS WINGS, THO. They were REAL actual roasted chicken!! And the sauce! I want to eat food from here every time I visit Columbus forever!!
Honestly, shame on us for trying to use this "establishment" again. It's been a year or two since we got tired of the excuses on why things were late or orders were incorrect. Tonight we ordered 6:15pm for one large Pizza and a few PBRs. We were told it would be 7:17p before it would be delivered. Once it was 7:22pm we called and we were told "it just came out of the oven". Ok... no biggie--it'll be here soon, right? Wrong. So I just went to the Galloway location to pick up an order before I go to my son’s football game. Ordered online. Got confirmation of order to pick up at 5:23. Arrive at 5:23 and they have no order for me. So I wasted 15 minutes driving for a pizza pickup for basically no pizza because someone there messed up. I had no time to wait for a new order because of my schedule. So it looks like I’ll have to head out to game with no dinner as planned. All I got for my troubles was a puny apology. You guys never let me down! I ordered a meatball sub and asked for it to be done without the bun and it turned out amazing in the little foil container you placed it in. Thank you so much!! I pretty mich recommend anything and everything from them. Portions are easily shareable portions.
The pizza was delicious! Staff was very friendly. Will probably visit again on our next trip to Columbus.
Usually like their food and delivery is prompt, however, this evening was different..I ordered online and received a confirmation delivery time at around 715pm. The food arrived at 741pm, cold and very little pepperoni when I tried calling 4 different times and only got the pizza shop voice mail ..may or may not order again. Not sure yet.
