I had previously been there once and had a great experience. However, I went again and had an unfortunate experience. The owners seem very nice however the lady that was doing my nails seemed irritated and rude that I asked her to even my nail out because it was not even multiple times. I left without getting my nails painted and went somewhere else because I did not feel welcome by her. It’s truly upsetting because the first experience I had was great.

I got an AMAZING pedicure here today! Best experience I've had anywhere! Edited... unfortunately I won't return to this shop. I went in today to get a spa pedicure and it was completed in less than 30 minutes (soak, trim, file, hot towel, scrub, lotion=28 minutes). I stayed an additional 30 to let my polish dry, but it never did. That's okay..I can get them repolished before going out of town tomorrow morning, but sad nonetheless. Best nail salon in NC! I trust them with my nails and never am disappointed. Thi always does a flawless job even when I want crazy nail art. Everyone there is so talented!

Love Thi!!!!! She does the most perfect nails every time! Best customer service, they truly make you feel like family! Thanks for all you do!
