⭐️ I would leave zero stars if I could. I booked a pedicure for my trip, and they called to confirm while I was at work with a customer — I couldn’t answer right away. They immediately canceled my appointment, and when I called back to explain, they were rude and dismissive. Within minutes, they’d already given our spots away to someone else. Really disappointing, especially since we get pedicures regularly — they’ve just lost several loyal customers.
They always do a great job!
I recently moved to Brant County from the GTA. I discovered this salon on the internet and decided to try based on the good reviews. A gentleman did my shellac manicure and he did an incredible job. He did exactly what I asked for and they look beautiful. I will definitely be returning. Thank you, Lee
My nail got chipped, and when I went back, they fixed it for me right away—and even did it free of charge, not once but twice. Really appreciate how kind and professional they were. Thank you :)
