I scheduled an appointment at this nail salon not once, but twice, and both times I arrived to find the same frustrating situation. The lights were on, the "Open" sign was lit, but the front door was locked and there was no one inside the salon. There was no notice on the door, no phone call, and no communication that my appointments had been canceled or delayed. I waited and tried to contact the salon, but received no response after multiple phone calls.

I love coming here! Linda & Kevin are awesome. I’ve been coming for awhile now. My nails never come off & Kevin does such an awesome pedicure.

so I came in today , walked in probably around 3:30 ask to get my feet and nails done , I wanted French tips on my feet & French tip nails , as I’m sitting down the owner or who she is , is asking me what I want I couldn’t really understand her because her accent is strong so she BASED her voice at me , & I most definitely BASED my voice back because who are you basing your voice at ? I’ve had better experiences here in the past, which is why this visit was especially disappointing. This appointment took about two hours total, and I received a gel manicure (cat eye) and a gel pedicure. I came in less than a week after my last appointment because my gel was already cracking, and there were deep cracks in certain parts of my nails, while other pieces had already fallen off, leaving my nails in a disoriented shape.
