Kristy is amazing. Not only does she always do an amazing job, but I run a rescue and she often donates grooms to help my rescue dogs when one of them needs her expertise. She goes out of her way for animals that need her help. Amazing groomer and an even more amazing person! I have several special needs dogs who take longer and take more time and patience and Kristy is very patient and gentle with them doing whatever it takes to make sure they look their best without stressing them. I could not recommend her more.
The fact that you guys don't kennel the dogs was so great for me and my little guy Milo. I was super nervous seeing as this was his first real haircut. I didn't get to take him to the appointment, but when I saw him afterwards I was so pleased. He looks great. I'm so happy and will definitely be returning. The price may seem a little higher, but SO worth every penny. You guys are great! Thanks!

Always great service! The ladies give so much love & care to my little guy that I've only felt nothing but comfort in leaving him with them. Plus its always clean!
Terrible experience. My dog's dew claw was shaved off. When I called to express my concern and unhappiness about that and the fact he was still wet, I was told I was not welcomed back. Are you for real?

Thank you for addressing your concerns with us. However we have been grooming Lloyd since June of 2016 at 6 week intervals. Our notes show there were no dew-claws on the foot in question. So unsure how we cut-off the dewclaw. As far as the dog being wet, he was matted in spots and you refused the service of spot shaving those areas. Matts hold moisture.
