I took my long haired kitty in for his first groom and Charli did awesome! Ollie came home purring and beautiful 😻 highly recommended

I will absolutely not be returning to this groomer. Right off the bat, the staff displayed a complete lack of professionalism. When I arrived, I handed over my dog's required paperwork for rabies and other vaccinations. Instead of properly reviewing or filing the medical documents, they simply took a quick picture of it with their phone and brushed it off. The actual grooming job was just as unprofessional.
