Perfect. My Gunner is so hard to groom, they do a great job every single time.
Can't speak to the phone interviews, but they do respond in a timely manner on facebook messenger. I have seen Darcy twice now, and I am thrilled with the results. My dog comes out looking good and happy. I have had zero concerns about leaving my pet their for grooming.
They never answered the phone! Tried several times. Figured if you don't need the business; I'll just go to PetSmart.
