I will absolutely not be returning to this groomer. Right off the bat, the staff displayed a complete lack of professionalism. When I arrived, I handed over my dog's required paperwork for rabies and other vaccinations. Instead of properly reviewing or filing the medical documents, they simply took a quick picture of it with their phone and brushed it off. The actual grooming job was just as unprofessional. Charlie is wonderful!
Took my little guy here. They did amazing. I did recommend cleaning up the beard a little bit next time I take him in. Holly offered to do it real quick; she did amazing. Bentley was a good boy. I am very happy with Holly and her business.
Holly and their team are the best when it comes to taking care of your best friend. Highly recommended 1 million stars.
