I’ve had multiple negative experiences with the customer service at this eyebrow threading shop. Instead of addressing my concerns or apologizing, the staff actually pulled up my review during checkout and asked me to delete it — which was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. On top of that, it was clear they had been talking about me, but no one ever apologized or tried to make it right. The threading itself is fine, but customer service matters just as much. Do my eyes brows look good yes, but I specifically asked for wax only since I don’t like threading, she did one strip of wax and threaded the rest after I specifically told her not to.
I woulf like to highly commend Randa for taking care of me. I would definitely recommend
