I had a serious issue with payroll and communication while working with Oh Hello Agency. After my resignation, final wages were not paid within the required timeframe, and I am still dealing with unpaid wages despite repeated follow-up. Worked with them for 7 months, did nothing they promised and then had attitudes when I asked for refunds when their work was to delivered promised results. Received nothing back and they took zero responsibility for their lack of action.
