I came into this salon to ask if they do hard gel and also to check out the place because my husband was considering coming here for a pedicure as well. The atmosphere was extremely cold and unwelcoming from the moment I walked in. Almost everyone just stared at me with blank expressions — no greeting, no “welcome,” nothing. One woman answered my question and said they do hard gel for $50. Love this place,they are always happy and kind.
They advertise they take walkins and sent me away at the door with a brochure telling me to call and make an appointment. False advertisement to gain traffic is not ok.
Had a horrible experience. I specifically told the tech I wanted to grow my nails and she ended up filing them down extremely short. The gel is bumpy. Another tech did my pedicure and she left my nails so uneven. I told her I didn’t like them because one big toe nail was super short and the other one was an ok size then she tried to file down the short nail. I had to stop her. So please be careful and make sure they understand what you are telling them. Owner also acted like it wasn’t a big deal. It was not worth $101.00
