Even though I'm not local, Oh Happy Day had great communication and followed up with our hanbok purchase. It was so nice to have someone guide us through the process and the prices were very reasonable. If we need more, we'll happily order from them again!
The retailers were so accommodating when we decided to switch up the hanboks last minute. They received a newer inventory and we couldn’t help ourselves and switch it up (this was a few days before our wedding). The process was smooth (including the return). I highly recommend them! My only criticism is that the hanboks are not perfect since it is a rental (I found some stains on a previous style I picked out that were not cleaned out). And my underskirt had a small hole in it. Great service for any bride/groom looking to have their Paebaek ceremony! I was struggling to find a paebaek event organizer near where I live, and it was additionally harder to find a location that was willing to ship the set. It was a godsend that I was able to come across Oh Happy Day, and was able to make my wife's and my special day even more memorable!
