The retailers were so accommodating when we decided to switch up the hanboks last minute. They received a newer inventory and we couldn’t help ourselves and switch it up (this was a few days before our wedding). The process was smooth (including the return). I highly recommend them! My only criticism is that the hanboks are not perfect since it is a rental (I found some stains on a previous style I picked out that were not cleaned out). And my underskirt had a small hole in it. Great service for any bride/groom looking to have their Paebaek ceremony! I was struggling to find a paebaek event organizer near where I live, and it was additionally harder to find a location that was willing to ship the set. It was a godsend that I was able to come across Oh Happy Day, and was able to make my wife's and my special day even more memorable!
