Dr Oh is an exceptional dr. I’ve had many surgeries in my 59 years (22) and all surgeons have been great and helped me. Dr Oh is one of the very best I’ve been lucky enough to been a patient of. Dr. Oh performed surgery on my spine to remove bone spurs and treat bulging discs and collapsed vertebrae in October of 2021. I cannot say enough about his expertise because my surgery was not only successful, it was literally painless with an unexpected quick recovery. I would highly recommend Dr. Oh to anyone in need of neurosurgery. He also answers all questions and his confidence allays any fears or concerns you may have. Wish I could give him more than 5 stars!
I have not yet had my surgery, but I am writing now because I have been so thoroughly impressed so far but Dr. Oh and his staff. They are all very communicative, prompt, helpful, and quick to follow up. The same is true of Dr. Oh. This is how a Dr. and his office should always operate, at least thus far with my care.
I recently had surgery to address spinal cord decompression. I chose Dr. Oh because I heard that he was the best ! And indeed he was. He clearly explained the cause of my pain and what he could do to correct it. He was patient with my many questions and my pre and post op care was excellent. His office staff were friendly and accomodating as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Oh for any neurosurgical issues you may have.
Miracle Dr Dr Oh gave me a second life. I was brought to Baystate hospital, dangling between life and death, with severe brain injury and a GCS score of 3T. Further decrease in score certifies the patient as brain dead. I had no relatives or friends with me, when I was brought in. After having severe back pain for months Dr. Oh reviewed my MRI and suggested surgery as my L5 vertebrae had slipped 5mm and was pressing against my spinal cord. The pain was constant! Dr. Oh took the time to explain my surgery and forewarned me that the pain post surgery would be significant for perhaps two weeks. I recently had spinal surgery with Dr. Oh as my surgeon and I highly recommend this physician for his skill and compassion.
