I was in the plaza and the store caught my eye. Being a had a issue with my work phone camera, I was short on time, but I gave it a shot and inquired. The Ower/& Staff was Excellent!!! The price was very reasonable.Considering some quotes I got before. not only they had the camera, they fixed it on the spot (just in time for work💪). Thank you guys.You guys are my go to Moving forward.

I had a terrible experience with Oh Crap I Cracked. I went in to have my iPhone 12 Pro battery replaced, and they acted like they fixed it properly. Later, when I took the phone to Apple, I was told that everything inside was non-genuine. Not only did they use fake parts for the battery, but they also replaced other components that didn’t even need fixing—with counterfeit parts as well. This business is completely dishonest, and I feel scammed. If you care about your device, avoid this place at all costs.
