I have been attending Andrea’s Fit Bellies prenatal workout classes through Oh Baby Fitness since I was 10 weeks pregnant, and continue to attend now in my 31st week. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Andrea is awesome! Such a great class for postpartum moms trying to get back into shape. Lots of fun bringing your babe with you for some socializing and meeting new moms. Andrea is great at helping you make some modifications whether it’s for holding babe while you work out or due to injury or recovery. She also is helpful when babe gets fussy during class so you can focus on your workout. Started with stroller fit outfits and then now indoor classes for the winter.

I'm a first time mom and was active all throughout my pregnancy. When healing and resting up after my daughter's birth, I was researching activities we could do and ways I could become active again.
