I visited this clinic recently and had a very negative experience. The reception staff were extremely rude and unhelpful from the moment we walked in. The doctor was also abrupt and dismissive, giving the impression they don’t value patients or their time. Overall the attitude and customer service were unprofessional, I don't recommend this clinic
Incredibly dismissive, spent less than 10 minutes with me and my son. Dismissed all of my concerns and did not answer any questions. After waiting months for an appointment it was a huge waste of time. Went to another ENT and surgical intervention was required.
Worst doctor ever! No care at all for anyone Waste of time. How can someone be so rude! Please save your time and health by not visiting this place. Makes up mind even before seeing patients. Didn't hear my problem at all and said I am very busy. Why did he give appointment if he was so busy? Not recommended at all!
Dr. Oh seems like a great doctor; however, it's unfortunate that his office only uses fax as a means of communication. I had to chase my referral quite a bit due to fax issues (i.e. fax not received by doctor he referred me to), whereas using eTools might have been a bit more reliable.
