Dr. Oh seems like a great doctor; however, it's unfortunate that his office only uses fax as a means of communication. I had to chase my referral quite a bit due to fax issues (i.e. fax not received by doctor he referred me to), whereas using eTools might have been a bit more reliable.
I am very unhappy with the care my child received from this doctor. The first surgery was done poorly, which caused serious problems and my child had to be operated on again. This should never happen. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of follow-up. The doctor did not check on my child after the surgery, did not respond to our concerns, and provided no guidance when complications appeared. Looking at the previous reviews, I believe that this office should not be open for any visits. RECEPTIONIST SO COLD, NO EMPATHY. VERY RUDE! I am NEVER GOING BACK TO THE OFFICE. Just disgusting attitude of the blond receptionist.
