Started my lifting journey here.. moved to a different state but sitting in the gym here in Florida remembering where I started. These guys lift heavy ass weight and were the most helpful to someone starting out. They showed me the major compound lifts, proper form, and what to try to get it right. 5 stars, if you are thinking about going here, do it, great gym and I miss it.

Ive been going to Ogun's for almost a year now. I have to say I have never been to a gym where there was so much support! The owners and the members are all friendly and down to earth. Everyone is knowledgeable, the trainers are top notch and even though we are working hard it is always a good time!
