I have used Ogram for over 4 years now and was always pleased with their service; however, when they were last out - December 20, 2024 the serviceman noted in Comments section of Receipt that I needed someone to look at my walk-in closet that wasn't getting any heat. I waited and then left message January 30th and again talked to someone on Feb. 20th indicating that no one had ever called me. She indicated he was extremely busy and would put me on the list.
